ePTFE Gasket
SEALON ePTFE Gasket Sheet is made of 100% PTFE. Microstructure gaskets promise tight seals at high or low load, its isotropic property makes low creep relaxation and constant deformation as well. Most sheet types you could find, Soft, Lite and Rigid type.
SEALON ePTFE Gasket Sheet is made of 100% PTFE by using special process that products a highly fibrillated microstructure with a great lot of fibers running in multi-direction. The world first largest size 2Mx2M is available.

SEALON Gasket Sheet possesses universal resistance against common chemicals, except melted alkali metal, fluorine at liquid and gas states. It is asbestos free and other lung-intruding materials. It meets the FDA requirements and is able to be stored without any time limits.

We provide three types ePTFE Gasket Sheet Soft, Lite and Rigid type..
 
 
SEALON Gasket Sheet is made of 100% expanded PTFE by using special process that produces a uniform and highly fibrillated microstructure with a great lot of fibers running in multidirection. Soft Sheet has excellent resistance of pressing, creep relaxation and cold flow, it can seal the uneven and damaged flanges.

It is an ideal gasket material for all types of flanges and fluids.

SEALON Lite Sheet also called as Softer Sheet is made of 100% expanded PTFE by the same special process. Lite Sheet has excellent resistance of pressing, creep relaxation and cold flow, it can seal the uneven and damaged flanges.

SEALON® Lite Sheet is good alternative gasket material when considering reliability and cost.
 
SEALON® Rigid Sheet belonging to a denser material is made of 100% expanded PTFE by the same special process. Rigid Sheet has great physical properties of creep relaxation and cold flow.

It can make gaskets to be installed in large flanges easily.
